The Hill International and Hatch joint venture, along with our local delivery partners, offer a team with a history of delivering success in the communities where we work and live.

Hatch brings world class expertise in tunnel construction and management of tunnel projects, with dozens of successful projects in North America and globally.

Already the Hill-Hatch JV and our partners, including 19 local DBEs, have been engaging community leaders to learn their ideas and concerns about the Frederick Douglass Tunnel program. From these meetings and our own work on the ground, we have identified tremendous potential socio-economic positives. In addition to the long-term opportunities of the program, Hill-Hatch is developing a comprehensive workforce development program that will not only ensure a local workforce for this program over the next few years but also help create jobs and enhance skills for the local community forever.
